McSpadden Custom Homes has operated in Charlotte and Lake Wylie using the same philosophy since 1987, “We shall be servants to all, we cannot excel alone; and Honesty, Diligence, and Excellence shall be our cornerstones, Wisdom our guide, and Longevity our goal.” McSpadden Custom Homes defines servant hood as putting the concerns of their Customers and Trade Contractors above their own.

Core Values

Each week, the McSpadden Custom Homes team comes together for a weekly staff meeting.  McSpadden’s weekly meeting keeps the McSpadden team unified with these values therefore, equipping the team to resolve any issue that may arise.  While the direction of McSpadden Custom Homes will continue to change and grow, the Core Values will remain rock-solid.

Passion

McSpadden Custom Homes has worked very hard to assemble a team of trade contractors and suppliers that share our philosophies.   Each shares the same dedication and commitment to the customer’s satisfaction.
